Shipping policy

Every Store Vivare order is packed by hand and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Rates and delivery times

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can stretch during holidays or bad weather. If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, write to legacyfisherbpxp@outlook.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and resend or refund your order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will correct it before it ships.
